Our Fitness studio is open for Public Use
Inertia Health Group is proud to be able to offer the use of our fitness studio equipped with a range of modern weights and cardio equipment. With our wide range of fitness and cardio equipment we are sure we will find something to suit your exercise and fitness needs.
We have a limited number of Gym and Fitness Studio memberships available on offer to patients of the clinic and the wider community. After our list is full we will offer a wait list register.
Available to our first 30 members we are excited to offer our foundation membership special!

- Onsite changerooms showers and toilets ideal for before work and after hours training
- Onsite access to Physiotherapists, Exercise Physiologists, Massage Therapists, Podiatrists and Dietitians – Meaning if your not sure about a piece of equipment or have an injury concern, our staff are more than qualified and approachable to assist you.

- Heating and cooling for those cold winter mornings or hot summer evenings
