Inertia Health Group has been working with participants of the NDIS (National Disability Insurance Scheme) for a number of years now. We are proud of the fact we can support all aspects of care in the community via a range of different outlets.

Our working relationship with the NDIS allows NDIS participants to engage in Physiotherapy services with our Physiotherapists in Adelaide.

We are proud to be able to support participants by offering allied health practitioners across a range of disciplines dedicated to supporting participants along their journey as best we can.

Support Coordinators and Participants

Support Coordinators and Participants are invited to complete the adjacent form to the best of their ability. This will allow us to assist you as rapidly and efficiently as possible with your query and appointment scheduling. We will be able to plan your appointment with the appropriate most suitable practitioner and begin the process of assisting you as best we can with whatever goals you may wish to achieve as soon as possible.

Are there any particular services the participant believes they require assistance with from their therapy? (E.g. Physio – Hands on pain relief / Strength and conditioning/ Dietetics – Meal Planning / Podiatry – General Foot Care / Exercise Physiology – General conditioning program)
*We will send a copy of our service agreement when we receive your details which will need to be completed prior to you initial appointment. Specific fees for NDIS patients are set out by the NDIA so that the cost of Allied health services are standardised across Australia. The fee schedule can be found here. Our appointment pricing falls in line with the NDIS dictated rates. During your initial appointment your practitioner will be able to outline a best course of treatment for you and an additional arrangement can be agreed on to assist you with your budgeting process to ensure you get the most out of your time and programming with the therapist and we are able to work towards your goals together!
COVID-19 Update - We Are Open

Our Clinic has been classified as an essential service to the community. We assist by trying to keep people healthy as possible and out of surgeries and decrease hospital admissions. At Inertia Health Group we are working hard to keep our patients and team members as safe as possible.

Due to our strict infection control procedures we have been deemed a low risk clinic- we have all completed the government COVID -19 Infection Control Risk Course and have implemented new waiting room procedures as well as intensified our cleaning procedures completing these regularly through the day. We have also implemented a virtual health service for those who require advice or assistance and cannot attend the clinic.
