We reassess along the way, this allows us to see how our goals are being achieved and / or where we need to work more. It allows us to continue to tailor and refine our treatment plans with you ensuring the most optimal outcomes.

We understand that it can be very difficult to navigate the NDIS process, as such we will spend time with you to establish how everything will work for you throughout your time with us at– we know there is no one size fits all when it comes to disabilities and individually tailored plans are critical to the success of the treatment. Depending on how your funds are managed will dictate how the billing process will work for you, our dedicated administration team will do everything they can to make it as smooth as possible so you can focus on the goals you have set with your Podiatrist.

Plan managed participants just need to provide the details of the plan manager that your funding is distributed through as well as your NDIS number and billing information. We will arrange a standardised service agreement which will need to be signed and returned as per the NDIS requirements and we are then able to progress from there!
